Covid-19 Notice

Latest Update 02/08/21

Due to the lockdown situation and restrictions in Sydney,

we are temporarily closed, until further notice. We should start seeing existing patients only for urgent dental treatments from Mid-August, on limited operating days.

During this time, our operating hours may vary and be very limited. The best way to contact us is via our website.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay safe and well.

Updated 12/01/2021

Please visit our website for "COVID-19 notice" updates regarding any dental restrictions and our practice during the pandemic.

Following the COVID-19 evolving situation, we can now provide all dental treatments to most patients (Level 1 restrictions for dentistry still apply).

If you need urgent treatment and want  to contact us outside our operating hours, you can use this form.  We will endeavour to reply as soon as possible

The followings are some of the precautions and measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff:

  • Frequently touched surfaces in waiting/ reception area are being disinfected multiple times a day.

  • Toys and magazines have been removed from our waiting room.

  • Social distancing within our waiting area has been introduced. Patients are expected to wear a mask when entering the practice. We would also ask the patient only to wait in the waiting room whenever possible (unless it is a child) to minimise people in the room.

  • Hand sanitisers are available throughout our practice

  • Sneeze guard has been installed in our reception desk.

  • Touch free thermometer is used to check body temperature of every patient and our staff

  • We would request  all patients to delay making any dental appointments, if he/she has

    • any clinical signs or symptoms of cold/ flu or respiratory illness (eg. fever, coughing, fatigue, sore throat, shortness of  breath)

    • been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

    • been to any declared coronavirus hotspots in the last 14 days (such as NSW hotspots)

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
