Covid-19 Notice

Latest Update 17/10/21:

YES, WE ARE OPEN!

We are now seeing all patients and can perform all types of dental treatments.

All of our dental staff been fully vaccinated. This is important for both us and patients. You can request an appointment anytime via our booking webpage or call us during our operating hours.

The followings are some precautions and measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff:

  • If patient is not fully vaccinated, we ask him/her to have a Covid test 24-48 hours days before the appointment. For fully vaccinated patient, we ask to see the vaccination certificate (which can be conveniently linked to the check-in app)

  • QR code is to be scanned for check-in . Our QR code is displayed on my main entrance door and on the reception desk.

  • Mask wearing is mandatory when entering the practice.

  • We would also ask the patient only to wait in the waiting room whenever possible (unless it is a child) to minimise people in the room. We would ask patients to wait outside if there are more than 2-3 patients already in the waiting room. We will call you when we are ready to see you.

  • Hand sanitisers should be used upon entering and are available throughout our practice

  • We would request  all patients to delay making any dental appointments, if he/she has

    • any clinical signs or symptoms of cold/ flu or respiratory illness (eg. fever, coughing, fatigue, sore throat, shortness of  breath)

    • been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19

    • has been told to self-isolate (e.g. casual contact)

    • been to any declared coronavirus hotspots in the last 14 days

Thank you for your continued support and understanding
